1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using the GotNest application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Service.

2. LICENSE GRANT

GotNest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial real estate activities.

You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without GotNest's prior written consent.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are the property of GotNest or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

GotNest does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GotNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. TERMINATION

GotNest may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any violation of this Agreement.

It works together with the End User License Agreement to keep the platform safe and trustworthy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use GotNest.

Real estate professionals must hold a valid, active license in the jurisdictions where they operate.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

Use GotNest only for legitimate real estate activities and communications.

Do not post false listings, misrepresent properties, or engage in discriminatory practices prohibited by fair housing laws.

4. CONTENT STANDARDS

Content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and free of offensive or misleading material.

GotNest may remove content that violates this policy or applicable law.

5. DATA AND PRIVACY

You agree to handle any personal data accessed through the platform in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

GotNest processes your data as described in its Privacy Notice.

6. ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.

Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

GotNest may update this Platform Policy from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
